Free sales posts

Sellers can currently create and publish their vehicle listings for free. There is no listing fee for individuals, dealers, or organizations.

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and honest information about their vehicles, including:

• Make and model
• Year and registration information
• Mileage
• Asking price
• Location
• Vehicle condition
• Photos
• Contact information
• Any known damage, accidents, modifications, or other important details

AutoKarZay provides a platform for sellers to advertise their vehicles but does not sell, inspect, verify, certify, guarantee, or represent any vehicle listed on the platform.

Future paid advertising

The platform is currently free, but as AutoKarZay grows and attracts more visitors, paid advertising opportunities may become available.

Businesses, car dealers, automotive companies, insurance companies, financing companies, parts shops, service centers, and other relevant businesses may be able to purchase advertising space on the website. Advertising spaces may include:

• Homepage banner advertisements
• Featured vehicle placements
• Sidebar advertisements
• Category-page advertisements
• Sponsored listings
• Dealer / business advertisements
• Promotional banners
• Other placements introduced in the future

Advertising spaces can be reserved from launch. Businesses interested in future advertising opportunities may contact the AutoKarZay team for available packages, pricing, placement options, and requirements.

Paid advertising does not mean AutoKarZay endorses, guarantees, or verifies the advertiser, product, service, vehicle, or business.

AutoKarZay respects the privacy of its users.

Information submitted by users — including names, contact information, vehicle details, photographs, and other listing information — may be displayed publicly when necessary to provide AutoKarZay's services.

Users should not publish sensitive personal information, passwords, financial information, identification numbers, or other private information in public listings.

AutoKarZay may collect basic technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, cookies, and website usage information, where necessary for security, analytics, functionality, and improvement of the platform.

If advertising is introduced, advertising partners or third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with applicable laws and their own privacy policies.

AutoKarZay may update this Privacy Policy when the platform, services, technology, or applicable laws change.

AutoKarZay is intended to be a safe, useful, and respectful place to advertise and discover vehicles.

Users must:

1. Provide truthful and accurate information.
2. Use genuine photographs whenever possible.
3. Avoid misleading prices, descriptions, or vehicle information.
4. Not post stolen, fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited vehicles or items.
5. Not impersonate another person or business.
6. Not use the platform for scams, spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
7. Respect other users.
8. Not post abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal content.
9. Not upload content that violates another person's copyright, privacy, or other legal rights.
10. Remove or update a listing when the vehicle is sold or no longer available.

AutoKarZay reserves the right to remove, edit, suspend, or reject listings or accounts that violate these guidelines or appear suspicious, misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to the community.

AutoKarZay is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers. It is not a car dealership, vehicle inspection service, broker, or guarantor.

AutoKarZay does not guarantee or warrant:

• The condition, quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of any vehicle
• The accuracy of information provided by sellers
• The ownership or title of a vehicle
• The mileage or vehicle history
• The identity or reliability of buyers or sellers
• The price or value of any vehicle
• The completion of any transaction
• Payment, delivery, registration, ownership transfer, or other arrangements between users

Users are responsible for conducting their own inspections, verification, documentation checks, negotiations, and due diligence before purchasing a vehicle or entering into any transaction.

Never send money or personal information to another user without independently verifying the person, vehicle, and transaction.

AutoKarZay is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and is not responsible for losses, damages, disputes, fraud, misrepresentation, accidents, injuries, financial losses, or other consequences arising from interactions or transactions between users, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Website availability

AutoKarZay is provided as a free service and may be modified, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. AutoKarZay does not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or free from technical problems, and is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from downtime, technical failures, data loss, unauthorized access, third-party services, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Your responsibility

By using AutoKarZay, you acknowledge that you use the platform at your own risk and are responsible for your own decisions, listings, communications, and transactions. By creating a listing or using the platform, you agree to follow the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.

The platform is free for everyone. Advertising may become a paid service in the future.

Buying a used vehicle is a big decision. These steps help you protect yourself — AutoKarZay does not perform any of these checks for you.

Before you meet a seller

• Verify the seller's phone number and, where possible, their identity.
• Ask for the vehicle's registration documents and confirm the name on them.
• Ask about accident history, flood damage, and past repairs in writing.

Before you pay

• Inspect the vehicle in person — never rely on photos or video alone.
• Test drive the vehicle yourself.
• Have an independent, qualified mechanic inspect it before you commit.
• Confirm ownership documents match the seller's ID.
• Meet in a safe, public location for viewings and handovers.

Never send money, a deposit, or personal/financial information to a seller you have not independently verified. AutoKarZay cannot reverse a payment made directly between users.

Verified Seller status shows that a seller has completed AutoKarZay's verification process and been approved by an admin.

What verification checks

Verification may review information the seller submits, such as identity documents and contact details, against what they entered when registering. Submitted documents are kept private and are never shown publicly.

What verification does not mean

A Verified badge does not guarantee the condition, history, ownership, or value of any vehicle a seller lists, and it does not guarantee the seller's future conduct, honesty, or the safety of any transaction. Always complete your own checks before buying, regardless of a seller's verification status.

Suspension & removal

AutoKarZay can suspend or remove a seller's Verified status at any time, including in response to reports, policy violations, or expired/invalid documentation.

Premium Seller is a paid subscription that gives a seller additional marketplace tools and greater visibility. It is a promotional placement, not an endorsement.

What Premium includes

Depending on the current plan, Premium may include a higher active-listing limit, more photos per listing, featured placement in designated areas, a premium profile, listing analytics, promotional badges, and priority support. Exact limits, pricing, and duration are set by AutoKarZay and may change.

Billing

Premium is billed for a fixed period shown at checkout. Sellers can cancel at any time; Premium benefits continue until the end of the paid period, after which the account returns to the Free plan automatically. Cancelling or expiring does not delete a seller's approved listings.

What Premium does not mean

Premium placement does not mean AutoKarZay recommends, endorses, vets, or guarantees the seller, their vehicles, or any transaction. Featured and Premium sellers must still pass the same listing approval process as every other seller.
